Grind The Floor
We grind the floor using either a 16 or 30 grit diamond that's connected to a large floor grinder. This insures the Polyaspartic has a CSP to adhere correctly and wont peel off over time.

Clean The Floor
Cleaning off any excess dust and debris that's left over from grinding and prepping the floor helps insure there's no bond breakers before the coating goes down.

Repair The Floor
A very important step that allows the finished product to not show damages through the coating.

Basecoat
In the case of a flake floor, this is the layer we broadcast the flake into.

Broadcast The Material
100% broadcast material of choice (Flake, Hybrid Stone, Quartz, ect).

Scrape Jagged Edges & Add Topcoat
Scraping jagged edges insures that once we put the top Polyaspartic coat on, there wont be any pieces of material sticking up that once cured, could cause discomfort when walking on.
